REFUND POLICY

LegalRaj believes in providing prompt services with guaranteed client satisfaction. We continuously evaluate our own services so as to serve our clients best quality and satisfaction. In some cases, if you are not satisfied with our services, you are whole heartedly requested to contact us immediately and we will thoroughly investigate into the matter and if the issue still persists, we will refund your payment or offer a credit that can be used for services by LegalRaj in future.

REFUND OF FEES AGAINST SERVICES:

If you are aggrieved or disappointed from any of our services then we humbly request you to immediately let us now about your disappointment by writing to @ feedback@legalraj.com. LegalRaj personnel will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
However, refund cannot be provided for those payments which utilized on man hours spent for processing and delivering the service, those which are paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, LegalRaj shall be liable to refund to the extent of fees that are of professional fees paid by the client.
All refund requests must be made within 45 days of receipt of selected services from LegalRaj. For refund, you need to send us the refund request @ feedback@legalraj.com. We will process your request within 15 to 25 working days from date of receipt of written refund request alongwith the detailed reason for refund and the bank details for processing request.

NOT REFUND BUT SWITCH TO ANOTHER SERVICE FROM ORIGINAL:

If you wish to switch from the original service you ordered to another, you must request this switch over within 45 days of purchase of original service. Switch over pricing will be counted by the difference of price of original service and the price of new service after deduction of the amounts paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes or Stamp Duties under original service(s), or to other third parties for processing your original service(s). The remainder will be adjusted accordingly.

SUDDEN CHANGES IN ASSIGNMENT FEES (GOVT. OR OTHER FEES):

LegalRaj has adopted a transparent and disciplined pricing policy, hence there are no hidden or additional fees are involved. Furthermore, our existing pricing policy will not be affected by an increase in the total fees paid by the client to LegalRaj due to increase in Government Fee or Fee incurred by the client himself for completion of any documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or re-submission or belated filings of any assignment which is already in delay before coming to LegalRaj. Under these circumstances, LegalRaj is not responsible or liable, at any cost, for such additional fees incurred or to be incurred by the client related to the completion of the service(s).

FEES UNDER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:

• The government may suddenly reject an application for any unavoidable reasons beyond the scope of our service;
• Rejection or re-submission of certain forms due to some technical reasons which are out of control of the Government itself (e.g. non-response from MCA portal, Income Tax filing portal, DGFT portal, RBI Ebiz portal, etc.) which may amount to delays for substantially longer time;
• Non-updation of the Government or Statutory Records in online portal;
• When the client himself is already in delay for completion or submission of his / her assignment on the Government Portals;
• Non-receipt of payment by LegalRaj from clients for assignments within time as agreed or as per the terms of our Quotation;
• Rejection of the assignment which is not possible from Government side even though strongly insisted by client;
• Addition of fees due to considerable delay in approval from the Government Department or authority or officer;
• Addition of total quotation due to higher revision in the Tax Rates by the GST Authority or by Income Tax Authority or by the Finance Ministry of the Government of India;

Under all the above mentioned circumstances, LegalRaj does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by us or our Associates who are not employed by LegalRaj but work in association with LegalRaj or for addition in the total quoted amount. Since, the problems like above mentioned are beyond our control and therefore are not eligible for refund or discount. Hence, delay in processing of your filings by the Government cannot be a reason for refund or discount.

FORCE MAJEURE:

LegalRaj is not liable in case of breach agreed terms or default under any terms of service or breach of any clauses of Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions of our website and shall also not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by sudden reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, communal riots or other similar events beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

CHARGES FOR CANCELLATION FEE:

Before initiating the refund of fees by the client to LegalRaj, we reserve the right to give our best effort to firstly complete the service. In case, still you are not satisfied with our service, then after deducting the cancellation fee of 20% + professional fee + fee already paid to the government authority would be applicable. The cancellation fee would not be charged from client in case of switchover of one service to another. LegalRaj incurs cost and dedicating time, resources and the best possible efforts to completethe client’s assignments. We can provide guarantee only for satisfaction issues but not for the changes into your situation or you change your mind.
