Manufacturing activities having investment in plant and machinery of not less than INR. 25 lakhs but not more than INR. 5 Crores.

 

Service providing having investment in equipments not less than INR. 10 Lakhs but not more than INR. 2 Crores.

 

3. Any Medium enterprise engaged in:

 

Manufacturing activities having investment in plant and machinery of more than INR. 5 Crores.

 

Service providing having investment in equipments not less than INR. 10 Lakhs but not more than INR. 2 Crores.

According to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006, the enterprise,engaged in the production of goods, is; A micro enterprise is an enterprise where investment in plant and machinery does not exceed Rs. 25 lakh; A small enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery is more than Rs. 25 lakh but does not exceed Rs. 5 crore; A medium enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery is more than Rs.5 crore but does not exceed Rs.10 crore. And, the enterprise, engaged in the providing or renderingof Services, is; A micro enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment does not exceed Rs. 10 lakh; A small enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment is more than Rs.10 lakh but does not exceed Rs. 2 crore; A medium enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment is more than Rs. 2 crore but does not exceed Rs. 5 crore.

No physical copy of MSME Certificate will be issuedby the Government. However, the same will be dispatched through the registered Email ID of the applicant.
